Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.
Last updated: September 2026
1. Who we are
DingExpress provides cross-border shipping and logistics services from China. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean DingExpress. This policy covers this website and the forms on it.
2. Information you give us
We only ask for what we need to answer your enquiry and quote a shipment:
- Contact details: name, company name, email address and phone number
- Shipment details: origin, destination, shipment type, package count, weight, dimensions, product type and any requirements you describe
- Shipment photos, if you choose to upload them (packing photos, carton labels or product pictures)
- The message you write in the contact form
3. Information collected automatically
When you submit a form or browse the site we also record limited technical data:
- A hashed form of your IP address, used only to rate-limit abusive submissions — the hash cannot be reversed back to your IP
- Your browser's user-agent string, stored with the submission
- Standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) if analytics is enabled on this site
4. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a shipping quote
- To plan the route, the documentation and the clearance for your shipment
- To contact you about the shipment you asked about
- To detect and block spam and automated form submissions
- To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them
5. Spam prevention and human verification
Form submissions on this site are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare processes technical signals for that purpose under its own privacy terms. Forms also contain a hidden field that only automated submissions fill in.
6. Who we share it with
- Carriers and logistics partners who move or clear the shipment you asked us to quote
- Service providers that host this website and store form submissions on our behalf
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information
7. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the shipment photos you upload for anything other than reviewing and handling your shipment.
8. Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any shipment that follows, and to meet accounting and legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier — see the contact details below.
9. International transfers
We operate from China and use service providers that may store data in other countries. Where your information is transferred, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
11. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies to track you across other websites. If analytics or session-recording tools are enabled, they are used to understand aggregate usage of this site; any such tool is listed in the site's page source and can be blocked with standard browser settings or extensions.
12. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we limit what we collect to reduce the risk.
13. Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
14. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
