Track Your Shipment

Every shipment we dispatch is issued a tracking number, which we pass back to you when the shipment leaves China. If you have not received one, message your logistics contact with the destination and the dispatch date and we will look it up.

Waybill numbers, order numbers and last-mile tracking numbers. If you have more than one, start with the waybill number — it covers the longest part of the journey.

This is normal on some lines, particularly economy services where the parcel changes network or waits for an outbound flight or vessel. The shipment is usually still moving and updates resume at the next scan. If it has not moved well beyond the expected window, send us the number and we will chase it with the carrier.

Broadly: accepted at origin, departed from China, in transit or awaiting line haul, arrived at destination, import clearance, out for delivery, delivered. Individual carriers word these differently, which is why a shipment can look stalled when it is actually between two of those stages.

Yes — bulk tracking is available on DingTrack. If you ship with us regularly and want tracking written back to your store automatically, tell us and we will set up the handover that fits your platform.

Ask the customer to check with neighbours and their local delivery office first, since a scanned delivery is usually somewhere nearby. If it does not turn up, send us the number and we will raise a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
