1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or engaging DingExpress to quote or move a shipment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.

2. What we do

DingExpress arranges international shipping and logistics from China, including parcel and cross-border shipping, DDP shipping, Amazon FBA inbound, express courier, air freight and ocean freight, together with the related export documentation and clearance coordination.

3. Quotes

• Quotes are prepared from the shipment details you provide. If the actual cargo, weight, dimensions or destination differ, the quote may be revised.
• Transit windows quoted are current expectations, not guarantees. They depend on capacity and on customs processing, neither of which we control.
• A quote is valid for the period stated on it, or for 30 days if no period is stated. Freight rates and space availability change.
• Charges that sit outside the quoted rate — such as destination duties under terms other than DDP, storage, or re-delivery after a failed attempt — are set out in the quote wherever we can identify them.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete shipment information, including a correct description, quantity, value and HS code for the goods
• Ensure the goods are legal to export from China and to import into the destination country
• Package goods adequately for international transport
• Hold any licence or permit your product category requires
• Pay the agreed charges before dispatch, unless credit terms have been agreed in writing

5. Restricted and prohibited goods

We do not carry illegal goods, weapons and ammunition, narcotics and controlled substances, counterfeit goods, live animals or endangered species products, currency, or hazardous materials that the chosen line cannot accept. Other categories — batteries, liquids, magnets, cosmetics, food-contact goods, and certain wood or plant-based items — can often be shipped but require specific lines or documentation. Tell us what you are shipping before booking.

6. Pricing and payment

• Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the quote unless agreed otherwise in writing
• Shipping is charged on chargeable weight — the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight
• Additional charges may apply for special handling, oversize cargo, remote delivery areas, storage or customs inspection
• Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice

7. Shipping, delivery and risk

• Delivery windows are expectations, not guarantees, and customs inspections are outside our control
• The recipient must be reachable where the chosen service requires it; failed delivery attempts may incur further charges
• Risk in the goods passes as set out in the applicable carrier terms and any insurance you purchase
• Claims for loss or damage must be notified to us promptly and within any deadline imposed by the carrier, so they can be filed in time

8. Insurance

Cargo insurance is optional and available on request for an additional charge. Coverage limits, exclusions and the claims process depend on the insurer's terms, which we will provide before you decide. Where insurance is not purchased, the carrier's standard liability limits apply.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DingExpress is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost sales or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for a shipment is limited to the charges we received for that shipment, unless a higher limit is required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

10. Disclaimer

This website and its content are provided as-is. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any statement about routes, options or transit is complete for your specific shipment.

11. Intellectual property

The content, layout, logos and trademarks on this website belong to DingExpress or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

12. Privacy

How we handle the information you submit through this website is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Suspension

We may decline or stop handling a shipment, or restrict access to this website, where we believe these terms have been breached, where the goods are not lawful to carry, or where continuing would put us or a carrier in breach of a legal obligation.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered place of business in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above.
