How we decide which service to quote
Four questions decide most of it. None of them require you to know freight terminology.
How heavy and how bulky
Light parcels travel on parcel networks; large or dense cargo goes to air or ocean. Charged weight is the greater of actual and volumetric weight.
How fast it has to land
Express courier is the fastest and the most expensive per kilogram. Air freight sits in the middle; ocean is the cheapest and slowest.
Who pays the import charges
If the recipient must not be asked for duty on delivery, the shipment goes DDP. Otherwise the import charges sit with the importer or the buyer.
Whether you are restocking
Planned replenishment into a warehouse or fulfillment centre can use slower, cheaper modes. Customer orders usually need a tracked parcel line.

From enquiry to delivered shipment
Four steps, and you only need to act on the first two. After that the shipment is ours to move and yours to track.

Send the shipment details
Route, shipment type, package count, weight and dimensions. Add a product link or packing photos if you have them.

We match the line and quote
We compare the realistic options for your destination and parcel profile, then come back with the cost and the current transit window.

You approve and we dispatch
Once you confirm, we book the space, prepare the export documentation and move the goods out of China.

You track to delivery
Tracking is handed back to you at dispatch and can be followed on DingTrack through clearance to the final delivery.
